Double Vanity Custom Staining & Master Closet Shelving
For the Greenville Texas project, we installed a custom-designed double vanity with soft-close cabinetry. The counter-top is a premium, seamless granite solid surface with new sinks, faucets, and tower unit installed on top of the vanity. The vanity was custom stained to match another vanity in the hall bathroom. Ceramic tile was installed on the wall behind the vanity, along with matching mirrors and light fixtures above each sink. New electrical outlets were installed for each side of the vanity as well as additional new can lighting added to the ceiling. The closets were also completely remodeled with custom shelving and clothes rods. Hooks for purses, scarves, and belts were added for convenience.

The customer wanted the vanity wall to be arranged perfectly symmetrical, with the two sinks, mirrors, sconce lights, and electrical outlets all perfectly centered in the wall. One of the electrical outlets was 1” off center, but we came back and got it perfect.
Custom Walk-In Shower With Glass Pony Wall and Glass Door
Multi-Function Mixer Valves & High-Flow Plumbing
One of the most unique showers we have ever built, this one features 1' x 2' porcelain tile laid horizontally in a standard brick stagger pattern. The floor tile is a matching gray river rock pattern. A triangle foot prop is located in the far corner. The walls have three double niches with river rock tile in the background. The mixer valve is a two handle multi function valve allowing the user to control water temperature and direction of flow. There is a sliding wand, a standard wall mounted shower head, and a ceiling mounted rain head. This unique valve allows the user to run any two of the three outlets at once. Wand and rain head, or wall head and rain head, or wand and wall head. It requires a 3/4” water supply line to accommodate the extra flow load.
Custom Beadboard Pony Wall & Window Fluting
The customer wanted a pony wall with a glass top to sit in between the shower and the toilet, and a pivoting glass door. The lower half of the pony wall was custom trimmed with bead board and chair rail, which continued all the way around the room. The window was re-trimmed with lovely fluted casing and a new window sill.
High-Level Problem Solving & Spatial Tolerances
Overall this was one of our finest finished products with massive amounts of challenges. Un plumb walls, drains that don't match up, new electrical circuits run through a ceiling with no attic (two story house), tight spaces between the shower and the toilet, sequencing the pony wall/tile/glass top...these are just a few of the challenges that require a contractor with a high skill level.
