Freestanding Soaking Tub & Floor Reinforcement
Free standing soaker tub with custom wainscot beadboard wall covering. We also installed luxury vinyl plank flooring LVP and new baseboard.
Obscure Glass Block Accent Window & Weatherproofing
To flood the space with natural light while maintaining complete privacy, we replaced the old sliding window with a custom accent wall built from 24 obscure glass blocks.
This required careful framing modifications to size the opening exactly. The glass blocks were set with premium mortar and reinforced with structural steel rods. The exterior was finished with heavy-duty weatherproofing trim, completely sealing the window from drafts and moisture.
