E3 and TASB completed a $7.9M energy-efficiency and conservation program in Donna ISD that included LED lighting retrofit (20 Campuses), Building Automation System Installation (6 Campuses), and Mechanical Retrofits (9 Campuses). The 2,298,711 s.f. project was completed with zero change orders and is projected to save the school district approximately $716,984 annually and $10,754,760 during the next 15 years.

The comprehensive project included:
- HVAC upgrades and replacements at 9 campuses, including over 80 units at Veterans Middle School
- Building automation system installation at six campuses
- LED lighting retrofits of over 21,000 fixtures District-wide
