The Caldwell ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the renovation of the HVAC and lighting systems at Caldwell High School. This project was designed to accomplish the following goals:

Caldwell ISD partnered with the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) / E3 Entegral Solutions (E3) to implement this renovation project. A description of the project is as follows:

  • Replacement of the existing chilled water HVAC system with 45 new units so classrooms and other areas can be individually controlled for comfort
  • New air conditioning units for computer rooms
  • New exhaust fans
  • Demo and air conditioning of two mechanical rooms
  • New ceiling grid
  • New LED lighting in all interior spaces
  • New building automation control system to maximize comfort and ease of operation
